HELLO EMŮ ships within the UK and internationally. Shipping times may vary depending on where you are based, so please be mindful that shipping may take 2-3 days within the UK and 5-7 days internationally. This does NOT include the processing time. Shipping cost depends on the size of the product based on Royal Mail sizing guides and includes packaging costs.
All of our products are handmade and usually made to order, therefore processing time can take up to 7 working days. If you need your purchase sooner, please don't hesitate to contact us so we can arrange a shorter processing time for you.
All shipping is tracked and signed within the UK, and tracked internationally. When your order is shipped you will receive an email to inform you along with a tracking number.
If you are unhappy with your order in any way, you can cancel it within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. It may take up to 7 days for the money to go back into your account.
If you are unhappy with your purchase once it is received, please let us know as soon as possible so we can try and resolve any issues you have. Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order as long as the item hasn't been used or worn. Shipping and payment of returns will be up to the customer if it has been confirmed.
Certain styles of earrings will be more delicate and fragile than others which will be stated in their description. These need to be handled with care as excessive bending of the clay or pulling on any of the smaller parts may cause them to break! Any damages caused by this will unfortunately not be accepted for a refund.
All items are handmade, and therefore some tiny inconsistencies may occur (very rarely). This is very normal for handmade items, especially with polymer clay, and should be expected when ordering handmade. This will never affect the overall appearance of the item or affect its functionality, and we will never ship out an item that we are not 100% happy with! This could consist of slight changes of colour compared to on screen, or tiny bubbles within the clay which we believe only adds character! We do not offer refunds for these tiny imperfections, however get in contact with us if you want to discuss anything.
Please read the handling and shipping times carefully before purchase as we do not accept returns for items due to timing issues within the times given. However, do get in contact with us if you need your order by a specific date as we can sort out priority handling and shipping for you!
Here at HELLO EMŮ, we strive to be as sustainable and environmentally friendly as possible.
We have taken great care to ensure that our packaging is either reused or recyclable and we create as little waste as possible. All cardboard and paper can be recycled, and if plastic is ever used (which is very rarely and as sparingly as possible) it is either sourced from orders we receive or high street stores who would otherwise throw it away.
